Catherine Marchelletta

Catherine Marchelletta is a co-founder of Forensic Valuation Litigation, LLC and a managing director at the CPA firm O’Connor, Pagano and Associates. She was previously Tax and Consulting Partner at a large regional CPA firm. She has more than 30 years of experience in advising clients in valuations, disputes, mergers & acquisitions, forecasting, reorganizations, and more.

Ms. Marchelletta also conducts due diligence for the sale or purchase of private companies as well as potential tax impact of entity re-structuring or other corporate changes. She also oversees complex corporate tax and partnership engagements.

In her role at FVL, Ms. Marchelletta has also performed numerous valuation and forensic accounting engagements in connection with estate and gift planning, divorce proceedings, shareholder disputes, contested estates, damage claims, buy-sell agreements, and business reorganizations and acquisitions. In her capacity as an independent valuation advisor and forensic accountant, she has worked closely with attorneys and clients in preparation for court proceedings and has provided expert witness testimony.
